We aim to strengthen the capacity of institutions across Africa to manage academic journals with confidence, quality, and sustainability. The Partidos team will provide practical training for journals hosted under Itara Journals, with a focus on strengthening editorial processes, building credible publishing systems, and supporting sustainable journal management. This training is designed to help institutions and journal stakeholders develop the knowledge, structures, and practices needed to promote the long-term visibility of African research.

Our training also aims to support continuity and sustainability by ensuring that journals are not dependent on one individual or short-term arrangements. Instead, it helps build internal capacity that can support consistent journal operations, stronger editorial governance, and the long-term growth of credible scholarly publishing.
